Hailey Gabor - You Make Me Not Want To Pull Out My Hair

Hailey is 2 years old and was in my class at a child care center.  Whenever I was having a bad day or wishing that I had never heard the word “toddler,” she would come up and give me a hug, or smile at me in that way that lights up her whole face. 

I eventually left the center and I miss that smile every day.

Hailey, if you ever search for your name (when you’re old enough to use a computer), I hope that you see this and know how much it meant to see you every morning.  I probably won’t be in your life to see who you grow up to become, but I know it will be something special.
